Pros: Good location, supers & maintenance were very nice & responsive & efficient Cons: We had a mice issue for 2 months & management was being a pain about it Advice to landlord: Be better

Pros: no noise, nice neighbors, great location Cons: we did have pests (mice & ants) but mgmt helped get exterminators etc. It did take well over a month though.

Unit 2RE Pros: Quiet block, nice neighbors. Cons: Absolutely no heat in the apartment, what a joke. I froze throughout winter. Management made no effort to help rectify the situation. Also absurdly overpriced for what…
