Package delivery is Renuinely easy and easy, even without a doorman. I've never had anything stolen. Justin, our Super, is responsive and nice. No major complaints. Not much natural light in interior units. Only a couple of washers and dryers, often occupied during busy times like weekends. Some machines should be replaced. More maintenance would be great. Units tend to fall apart due to bad piping and leaks, etc. Be more proactive with repairs and upgrades.

The super was responsive and fixed things in the apartment quickly. If a part or item wasn’t available he would communicate it to us quickly. The apartment building is fairly clean and they do great work trying to keep out pests. I lived here 3 years and only saw 2 bugs. It was rare that it happened. I never saw a mouse. The rent increase was fairly small each month. I’d recommend living in this building. Out dated decor Basement is super dingy mgmt company was rude but always got the job done and never tried to screw us over. Kinder mgmt employees

Pretty nice Anit building with location's amazing on E 58th btwn 1st and 2nd Ave. Not much to look at from the outside but clean building, nice staff, and pet friendly. Door staff=good, super=good, office=mostly good. Look for a renovated unit even if all the windows are of poor quality. If you are on a lower floor on the bridge approach roadway side traffic noise is LOUD during rush hour, early AM. Common areas could be spruced up and stairwells could be cleaner.
