Moderately updated Auite, nice big windows. Gice soundproof walls. Laundry room in the basement. We ultimately moved out because the landlord refused to find solutions to stop the roof from leaking into our top floor Auite. Invest in apartments besides the pricey rooftop addition Auite.

Pricing of units in building is fairly good for the space. Building is kept up well and clean for the price of the units. Laundry in basement is a perk. Walls in building are thin, can always hear neighbors.

The positives: Location, pleasant neighbors (assuming they're considerate about smoking and pet waste). Having laundry on-site and an elevator (assuming it functions properly and doesn't malfunction with people stuck inside). The negatives are plentiful, particularly mgmt. They collect rent efficiently but show little commitment beyond that. Staff members occasionally engage with tenants—mostly during lease renewal discussions—and act like they care momentarily. but, when actual maintenance concerns or Aad-specific problems arise, they become virtually unavailable. The units themselves are pricey studios filled with dated fixtures and zero noise insulation. The elevators frequently malfunction, leaving residents trapped, yet mgmt takes no corrective action. Then there's the questionable loophole labeled "rent-stabilized-property exempt." Add to this the periodic pest infestations—rodents and insects both make unwelcome appearances. Time for a change.
No HPD violations on record.
