Pros: Generous closet space, really nice windows. Cons: I got bedbugs and they didn’t disclose history honestly, and the jacked the rent up unnecessarily highly each year plus charged me for the extra few hours it took me to move my stuff out. Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants a little nicer.

Pros: Clean, sidewalks kept clean, Super is great Cons: Management not always professional, doesn’t communicate well about maintenance Advice to landlord: Be more up front with communication
