It's a new building and has big elevators. this place is conveniently located so you can find everything you need at a walking distance. The super and mgmt company are slow to respond and deal with issues. Sometimes even unresponsive. They will usually take up to a week to resolve a simple issue such as a sink that's not working, a broken appliance, or a problem with the bathroom. If you move in, please make sure everything is working fine, and try to sort it out as soon as possible because they won't resolve it quickly. The super will only respond to texts and if you try to call, he will hang up on you. Absolutely disgusting. Get your act together, otherwise a serious complaint to HUD will come your way.

The problems include Plumbing with our bathtub and kitchen, grout falling out of tiles, pipes bursting, and electrical sockets burning out. The company wouldn't take responsibility for anytime and blamed us. Take accountability! The property owner’s approach to handling Besidence issues is reactive NOT proactive.
