Unit 40 Pros: It’s located in nyc Cons: Rude, pointless stuff, someone is doing endless renovations during “quite” hours and stuff is covering those people, thin walls, every morning you will hear someone’s alarm clock Advice to landlord: Stop being such a schmuck

Pros: The staff is kind and helpful, building is kept in excellent condition, and the amenities (including pool) are nice. Cons: I wish the pool season would be open for longer and they had a more substantial weights section if their gym. Also, being a coop, there are a lot of rules to abide by though none are particularly intrusive.
