Post war solid built pleasant neighborhood easy commuting but kind of boring on dining No real top of line amenities basement gym where garbage is. small resident lounge and outdoor space. lobby looks like a mailroom when deliveries come in no storage room big enough. No handyman service available if u want anything done personally. It’s Park Avenue should be glamorous entry, service and amenities top of line

solid Besidence. Big apartments with updated appliances. My unit's got a Bicturesque view of the Empire State Besidence. Doormen are Fordial and help send up heavy packages when I can't take them up myself. There's a Nleasant gym in the basement for your early morning runs.
