I’ve lived in a lot of shared spaces, and this one had the best vibe by far. No cliques, no drama, just people doing their thing and being kind. The energy here was grounding, which I didn’t expect in a coliving setup.

Great house with a wonderful atmosphere. I wasn’t here during the time it was managed by Common I moved in after Outpost took over, and I’ve been very happy with my experience living here. When I first moved to New York, I knew one thing for sure: I didn’t want to live alone. As someone who thrives in a social environment, I quickly realized that finding a place where I could meet new people and feel connected was essential. That’s when I discovered coliving with Outpost. It turned out to be exactly what I needed -a built-in community, shared spaces that never feel crowded, and the comfort of knowing you're not navigating the city completely on your own.

The location is excellent, and there are numerous great coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The rooms are a good size, and there was ample community space and a nice kitchen for cooking or hanging out.My only real issue was with the WiFi, but despite that, I would definitely return for my next trip to NY.

I've had a great experience here. Met some cool people, and living in a co-living space is definitely awesome for young people. Everything is excellent - clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The regular rent feels expensive, but considering the furniture and monthly cleaning, I can understand why.

Unit 4L Pros: Cleaning comes once a month AC in each room Cons: No communication, staff will argue with you, nobody seems to know what is urgent and what is not, you will be out of hot water 25 days out of the year. Mold in bathrooms, leaks, and unresponsive teams. Advice to landlord: To talk to the company running the property they have made this experience absolutely horrible

Unit 2L Pros: The building itself is beautiful and has lots of potential. Cons: Balcony not up to regulation, fire escape not up to regulation, rampant issues of multifloor ceiling and bathroom mold and multifloor leaks that have lasted over three years. Property management company is unresponsive road provides poor customer service and Band-Aids issues rather than actually solving them. The mold in bathrooms on multiple floors was painted over and covered up highlighting the improper remediation of toxic black mold. There is also mildew and mold in the washing machines. This is a violation of the warranty of habitability under New York State real property law section 235-B. Advice to landlord: Come by and meet the tenants, we all love the property and take great care of it and would love to see it flourish and to live in a safe environment. Mold and air quality tests should be done prior to this being taken to housing court.

Outpost Club is perfect for anyone looking for a hassle-free living experience in NYC. From the initial application to move-in day, everything was seamless. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, and the management team is always helpful and responsive.

House is sleek and well-designed, which I appreciate as an architect. The location is convenient, but the price is on the higher side. Still, it's a quality living space. The kitchen or living room, can sometimes get busy or a bit messy if not everyone cleans up right away.
