Pros: Location, high ceilings, large floor plans. Cons: Building management is careless, disrespectful and very rude. They don’t care about tenants. If you contact them with an issue they are defensive and treat you as if you lived there for free. Super is useless and never available to help. The lack of professionalism is astonishing. Elevators are in terrible condition. Units are large but very old and basic. Advice to landlord: Be a professional management company that treats tenants as clients, be responsive, respectful and professional.
