Pros: Units are relatively nice sizes, some have updated finishes, neighbors are generally cool (except the guy who has lived there for 20+ years on the second floor and his apartment is FILTHY and can't be evicted for unknown reasons) Cons: Soooo many roaches because the garbage is on the main floor inside of the building and some tenants are not clean
