I'm a current resident here and I think the building is good. I mostly appreciate the around the clock concierge service, I have a laundry room in my basement and there's a bigger laundry room by the gym in the courtyard and all the employees are helpful. I like the area mostly because I'm near many parks, by the river which is across from Trump Place, big shops on broadway such as Pottery Barn, West Elm, Century 21 and the Upper West Side Apple Store. The 5 minute walk to the closest subway is actually the biggest convenience for me since I work in Midtown and ever since I lived here I have yet to be late for work but the only problem I have is with the MTA but other than that my apartment is perfect just for me.

I have lived in these apartments for the past 2 years now. Trust me when I say I have lived in many different places and this is one of the best (especially for the price). The staff is great, and maintenance is always there when you need them. Overall I am a happy renter and do not plan on going anywhere else anytime soon.

The number one reason to rent besides its location really is the on site Leasing Department, they truly welcome you to not only the building but to New York City. Relocating to a new city on my own was pretty scary the staff here has made it a pleasant transition. Looking forward to a long relationship with 63rd West, I hope you will too!

Homely apartment. This is our oasis in the city. Quiet area, quiet neighbors. Safe neighborhood. Kids-friendly, dogs friendly. Doorman and concierge staff are great. Maintenance staff respond within 24 hours. I love the private courtyard!

I have been living at 63rd West a little over a year and have no complaints. The building is really close to my school and also to the 66 street station. I love that we have a 24 hour concierge. I will be renewing my lease when the time comes.
