Pros: I can’t think of any Cons: Neighbors are horrific, mice and cockroach infestations, loud, rude management, broken toilet. The list goes on. Advice to landlord: Try harder

Pros: Quiet and nice neighbors (if you’re on the front of the building and not overlooking the back yard apt) Pest control sign up available (but didn’t need). Management is pretty responsive and take care of the units.…
