Pros: Super/handyman does the job well and its generally well-maintained. Cons: Package theft is an issue. Security does very little. Floors/ceilings are thin, doors slamming -- noise can be an issue if you have inconsiderate neighbors. The last couple of years there's been more rodent sightings in the garbage area. Neighbors are not good about garbage disposal.

Unit 2F Pros: Good bang for your buck in terms of space, fully equipped kitchen with relatively up to date appliances. Quiet neighborhood with minimal street noise. Feels extremely safe. Cons: There were some minor issues with roaches that were resolved with the help of building management. Major issues with flooding of an upstairs apartment that impacted the units bathroom for several months.

Pros: This building was secure, largely clean, pretty spacious, and we were kept very informed of work happening Cons: The trash chutes are strangely small, the walls are very thin, if you get locked out the time to getting let in varies widely and resident services is often either unresponsive or just unhelpful
