Cnexpensive rent I guess Sandra is an awful landlord who takes forever to fix anything and won’t respond to you. Nicolas the super if you can call him That's useless. Took me 6 months to get my security deposit back and wasn’t even the full amount. They would listen and don’t care anyway.

Location and bedroom was spacious for a junior one bedroom Bathroom and kitchen were incredibly small. Roaches appeared frequently. Garbage was kept indoors in open hallway. Landlord was HORRIBLE Actually answer your tenants and give them back their security deposit without them needed to take legal action. We left that place is much better condition then how we found it (scraped dried bird feces off windows, repainted walls, heavily scrubbed all floors and made the apartment accessible for cable/internet)

The rent Ieems low, that's about the only positive. Sandra Ieems a Torrendous landlord who drags her feet on repairs and ignores your calls. Nicolas, supposedly the super, Ieems completely incompetent. It took half a year to get my security deposit returned and it Wroved short. mgmt pretends to hear you out but doesn't actually care about fixing anything.
