Pros: Lots of community events, great modern and clean community facilities(study rooms, brunch cafe, childern playground, park, gym) Cons: If your neghibor above u have a young childern running all the time, can be annoying

Pros: Fairly quiet, no water/heat issues. Clean, laundry room access, no package theft. Cons: One crazy neighbor, Stuytown decided to move one neighbor that he had an issue with rather than moving him. He's been arrested and hospitalized multiple times because of issues but they've done nothing to curb him or apologize to us. Advice to landlord: Prioritize your long time renters that are great rather than rewarding the difficult ones.

Pros: - large management - trader joes and target just across the st - laundry in building - elevator Cons: - Cookie cutter apts (its stuytown) - 14th st is loud (many ambulances)

Pros: Building is well maintained, spacious, and in a great location. The management is super responsive and the engagement/perks are great if you take advantage of things like weekend farmers markets, family events, movie nights, lawn activities. Cons: It is on the pricier side but you’re paying for the comfort of having a large company handle everything from screen installations to security knocking on neighbors doors for noise complaints, porters who keep laundry and garbage handling efficient, etc. Advice to landlord: Having the website updated to be more user friendly for rent payments, maintenance requests, etc. would be a great improvement.

Pros: clean, quick response to maintenance requests, never encountered any pests, great lawn area & facilities, laundry in building, nice location Cons: really loud noise issues sometimes. a bit pricey for what it is, heating is very inconsistent

Pros: Management is quick to respond to any issues. Elevator & laundry in building. Packages delivered to your door. Ample windows for natural light. Garbage chute on every floor. Community events in spring/summer. Cons: Heat cannot be controlled within the apartment (at least in this building/unit). It is regulated by the building and so comes on/off when the average temperature of the building reaches a min/max temp. This can be very frustrating, especially in some of the smaller rooms that do not need nearly as much heat as a larger space and end up sweltering. Advice to landlord: Change heating system!!

Pros: Water views, amenities included Cons: Horrible management, overpriced, patrol cops, when there was an issue with neighbors (noise) it was hard to deal with.

Pros: Clean, the entryway is always organized, management and repairs are very responsive. Cons: Very controlling (this is Stuytown overall), had some noise complaints even though we definitely were not noisy and had an inspection to check the level of carpeting in our apartment. I assume these complaints came from neighbors.
