Unit 4B Pros: The neighbors are great. Very kind and helpful. Cons: The noise from the street is very disturbing, even on the higher floors. Advice to landlord: Invest in sound proofing for the building.

Pros: There’s nothing positive. Cons: the property managers don’t care about the tenants and don’t take care of the building. Drug dealers who don’t even live in the building sell next to the mailboxes, they have keys and keep the building door open so there’s barely any security. The floors are nasty, the elevator is disgusting.
