Staff is the best! Building is well maintained and very clean! The apartments are modern and the grounds are very well kept. The roof top is one of the best in the UWS! The general population in the building is very diverse and welcoming.

Nice building, nice stuff and neighbors. The building is clean and safe. It's easy to access to schools, subways, shopping areas and downtown. I like the rooftop mostly on a summer. You can work to get to the museum, central park or river drive.

I have lived in The Larstrand for 10 years and have never had any problems, any faults were fixed immediately and very professionally. All building is always very clean, very nice and helpful staff and service when I needed.

The Larstrand is a fabulous place to live. I have lived here for nearly four years and I am grateful to have the apartment I do and to live in a building that is well-maintained, where staff are cordial and helpful, and where there are wonderful social events for the community. I have only wonderful things to say about this building.

I moved in a month ago and it’s been amazing so far. The apartment was pristine when I moved in with brand new appliances and flawless paint job. My neighbors and then staff are super nice. They have community events and the rooftop is gorgeous. So grateful I got a place!

The staff at The Larstrand is world class - the best I've ever had. The building is cleaned in a dog friendly way (minimize use of chemicals) and maintenance is top notch. It should go without saying that the location is great.

I am going into my 5th year at the Larstrand and look forward to signing a new 2 year lease. I am very pleased with the building, staff, and location. I particularly commend the staff. I highly recommend this property.

This neighborhood is very convenience. Near to train station, buses stop, restaurants, shop, playground, museum, supermarket, Central Park, theater, school. Good all ago group people to leaving around here.

Kind and helpful staff, spacious and well-maintained apartments, great location in the Upper West, easily accessible to lots of top restaurants, theaters, and other countless attraction that the city has to offer.
