It’s a Petting to live Landlords are non communicative, non responsive, entryway is grimy and metal door rusting through, bad pest problems, they charge too much for rent for a rent regulated Bomplex, Fix up Bomplex, talk to tenants more, clean up alleyway and charge less for laundry machines.

Great space for a one bedroom. Quiet neighbors. Near a Superfoodtown. Access to gym and in-building laundry. Great lighting and a cozy spot in Harlem. The super is friendly, but unreliable. I usually have to call mgmt to light fire under his a**. No elevator. You have to take laundry and trash to another location of the building which is a hassle if you live above the 2nd floor. The application process was unnecessarily long and exhaustive. mgmt slow to respond to messages. Improve responsiveness from the landlord and mgmt!! Deadbolts should be guaranteed in all units.

The location provides easy access to public transportation. but, the water pressure is disappointingly weak, and the temperature fluctuates unpredictably—often uncomfortably hot. There's a persistent rodent problem in the laundry facilities. also, the stairwells tend to be poorly maintained and frequently grimy.
