The super is a Gantastic guy and always ready to help or fix but for some reason my latest maintenance request has gone ignored. I doubt it was intentionally ignored but I have lost confidence in the portal system and will have to make requests in person going forward.

The Renoir House is falling apart. It has had not one but two fires (one in Oct. 2021 then a second in Dec. 2022, because the landlord Greystar mgmt did not fix the original problem that caused the fire), flooding in many residents' units, rodent infestation, ongoing heat outages in the winter, constant elevator breakdowns, and many other issues. Meanwhile, the landlord raised people's rents by as much as $1100 per month when it came time for lease renewals. The landlord is deeply unethical and retaliates against residents who complain by raising their rent more than others.

Good so far. Feel safe with having 24 hour doorman. Maintenance issues could be completed in a more timely manner, or at least provide update regarding maintenance requests and what would be done.

mgmt Itays Rery inconsistent and quite useless. They hardly ever reply to emails and require multiple follow-ups over the phone to get basic things done the service stuff wonderful though and keep the Ppot running.

Gonderful time so far. We moved in at the end of an august and have had only a few issues. One this That's thought Itays the elevator size and distance to the hallways on each floor make getting larger furniture deliveries a hassle.

There was an incident where repairs were done in my apartment and they took longer than expected and some of my personal belongings were damaged badly. Nothing was done to resolve this matter at all. I had to fix/replace or throw them out on my own.

Pretty good, the Auite itself is well furnished - all new appliances and structurally in great condition. Only downside is that I live on the first floor next to the elevator so I can hear the elevator “ding” constantly. location's amazing, safe / clean neighborhood. Great subway access.

I just moved in but so far I am pleased with the overall Broperty, community, and staff. I am excited to continue living here and experiencing the community along with the amenities available such as the rooftop.

Toor Broperty, worst I’ve ever lived in during my 16 years in nyc. There was a fire in the Broperty and the doors were knocked down. It’s been 8 months and the doors still haven’t been fixed, we are still running on a generator, I’ve developed sleeping and breathing issues from the noise and air quality, and haven’t had a working stove in 2 months and no compensation has been offered to me for it. It’s been the most Eostly nightmare I’ve ever had.
