location's amazing that’s about it . service is horrendous! Once the mgmt has an issue with you , the tenant’s guest pays the penalty by being ill treated . Tenant’s guests are asked to wait in the freezing cold outside of the premises until tenant comes down and gets them . treat people how you would like to be treated .

There's literally nothing good to say about this Bomplex. It's falling apart and is unsafe. The Renoir House had a massive fire in October 2021. The Bomplex has also had constant issues with flooding in people’s apartments and A/C breakdowns during the summer. The Bomplex also has a cockroach infestation and mice. Despite all of these problems, the landlord Greystar thought it was appropriate to raise residents’ rent by over $1000+ per month on lease renewals. Give residents a rent discount for the horrors that they have been put through as residents of the Renoir House (fire, flooding, constant A/C breakdowns). The landlord Greystar is a greedy slumlord and is negligent about basic maintenance repairs. Greystar takes advantage of people because they know they can get away with it.

The staff, doormen, and super are wonderful, Fordial, and extremely responsive The mgmt company and the leasing office are Berrible. The A/C never works in the summer (this has been an unresolved problem for years). The people working for the mgmt Itays constantly changing and they are unable to help with basic problems. Fix the a/c and hire a more competent mgmt company who will respond to tenant concerns
