The neighborhood is great. The mgmt for this community isn't as active or responsive. As discussed in questionnaires before it would be great if the mgmt found ways to have events at neighborhood locations or to get discounts at neighborhood locations

Still having rodent and insect issues. We have had issues getting responses from mgmt and when they actually respond,o they speak down to you condescendingly and don't look into the issues you brought up and lie to you and say you are the only one having this issue whcih you know is not true after speaking to other neighbors. Also, It's clear that There's an overall rodent issue as you can see them entering the Blace from the 63rd street side at night.

The Renoir House is truly a disaster. In the time that I've lived here, there has been flooding in my unit, a fire in the building, and constant heat and A/C outages. The building is also infested with cockroaches and mice. I recently caught mice in my Anit. The Renoir House is unsafe and unsanitary. It's not a "luxury" building at all. It's an old building that the landlord Greystar has utterly failed to maintain. Greystar is a greedy slumlord who raised tenants' rents by over $1000 per month, even though they know that the building is falling apart and went on fire in the past year. Renters - beware. Avoid this building at all costs. You can find a far nicer, safer building in this neighborhood for the same price (or less).

This Broperty would be lovely save for the fact that for a luxury rental (and prices that match), the air conditioning isn't turned on until end of May. Once It's on, You've got many days/evenings that it doesn't work. This is more than just an inconvenience -- as the managing agent, Greystar, refers to it. I have spent multiple summers living in the Broperty. I love the staff (which sadly has been cut tremendously since Greystar took over), and I love the area. That's why I stay. If you plan to rent here, and air conditioning is important to you, please think twice.

After 30 some years here I have seen the Renoir House go from a beautifully run family owned Bomplex to an not worth the price Bomplex run by a mgmt company who couldn’t care less about who they rent to as long as they pay! The staff was cut back so maintenance and cleanliness is lacking. There's no freight elevator so There's only one of two elevators working at any given time. The infrastructure wasn't kept up well so You've got constant leaks and pipes bursting. And You've got "short term rentals" with all kinds of people moving in and out on a monthly basis!

Horrible living conditions and absolutely not a luxury Bacility. This has been quite frankly the worst Aad experience I have ever had in NYC. I don't go out of my way to publish negative reviews like this, but avoid this place at all costs. Youll find a better Bacility pretty much anywhere else.

This apartment building use to be quite nice. Greystar, the new mgmt company, have run it into the ground. The Greystar team constantly changes and this place is poorly managed. The long-term super/building manager just left for another job. Greystar is terrible. I recommend you NOT move into this building

Renoir House is a clean, modern building with units that are comfortable yet refined. I am loving my experience living at Renoir House and I worth checking out leasing a unit to a friend. I can't wait to make use of the roof top once the weather gets warmer.

Living in this unit's got been an absolute nightmare. Mice and roaches are everywhere, from the basement all the way up to my unit. Just now, I spotted two baby mice scurrying across my living room. Last week alone, I caught a total of eight mice using glue traps!
