Unit 9B Pros: Amazing location, convenient to multiple subways! Cons: Only 3 laundry machines/3 dryers for the entire building. Advice to landlord: Add more laundry machines/dryers.

Pros: Actually really great, my unit is in the back and it’s super quiet except sometimes folks play music and that’s pretty normal — my unit has the best heat it is warm and perfect year round (been here 2 years) - building totally clean & well maintained, great well maintained garbage situation, good responsive management & best Super ever. Elevator being worked on and improved, some maintenance on the facade, great roof deck - not the cheapest units but also well maintained. Biggest problem we’ve had is the package thief’s but that’s nyc for ya, they’ve added cameras too. Cons: The boiler was being updated and now it is fine - also I am shocked at how bug-free this building is - very little issues with that - no damp/mold like my old building — neighbors can have music playing at times but really totally fine Advice to landlord: Super is the best ever, give him a raise :)
