overpriced, loud and a huge mouse issue on 2nd and 3rd floors which is where i live. terrible management with no care for these issues. do the bare minimum to skirt legal responsibility, but isn’t helpful or effective to address the issue at hand. would love recommend

The Chelsea is a great place to live! I’ve lived here for a month now and am very happy with my decision. Move-in was a breeze! The building is always clean and I love the amenities. The staff is very helpful, responsive and friendly. Convenient location too! I would highly recommend The Chelsea to anyone looking!

My experience could be enhanced. I am struggling with the state of the Aparment and the little care maintenance and management have had to address my concern of the Aparment. I hope one is able to resolve the issues I have provided as soon as posible. Please

It is nice and clean building and location is excellent, however it can be loud from the fire tracks and motorcycles/cars and partying people. Roof top is nice has grills and lots of seating area, but it is hard to enjoy on the weekend as it gets crowded. There are two elevator and every 2-3 months one is out of service which makes wait for the elevator quite long (5-10 min). Service team, super and concierges are great, always helpful and react right away even on the weekend.

We spent nearly four months looking at dozens of apartments, and we shot ourselves in the foot by looking at The Chelsea first--everything else paled in comparison. It is the perfect balance of amenities, location, apartment size, management team, and price. You won't find a better place in Manhattan.

Staff at The Chelsea is top notch - always welcoming and making your feel safe and at home. It would help to have notices of when there will be work done to surrounding apartments to plan ahead for meetings when working from home. Overall great location.

We really enjoy living at the Chelsea! It has everything we need from an amenities standpoint and the staff is very helpful and responsive to any issues that arise. The apartments themselves have an attractive finish and appliances are state of the art. Couldn’t recommend this building more.

I wish I had better things to say, but this building is terrible. It’s so noisy I was unable to sleep or work (I wfh). If you care at all about quality of life at home, this is not the building for you.
