Pros: Great Location Nice lobby area I guess… aren’t a ton of pros aside from location. Cons: Really tiny units Extremely outdated Lots of bugs… new management doesn’t handle the trash very well. Unresponsive super. No closets in the rooms. Advice to landlord: Manage your property better

Unit 33 Pros: Convenient location, big windows with lots of light, decent sized rooms, cozy, never any issues with package theft or security Cons: difficult to deep clean, bathroom stays wet and gets moldy fast, doorknob locks don’t work and some of the doors don’t close entirely Advice to landlord: Be more responsive

Unit 10 Pros: You’re probably living here because it’s a block away from Washington Square park, surrounded by bars and food etc.. The super is also great. friendly and responsive. Cons: My roommate and I paid an exorbitant 15% broker’s fee to get our apartment figuring we’d hold it down for multiple years and make the broker’s fee worth it (which it never could be, the dude stood at the entrance of the building and told you what apartments were available. This service is apparently worth $6k to the tenant)…… lo and behold The landlord decided to raise the rent by 15% this year. Haggled him down to $400 increase per month… we’re moving. There are no screens provided for windows, which need to be opened all the time in the summer if you don’t have enough air conditioning. Also no fans/airflow in the bathrooms is kind of brutal.

Pros: Great location and wonderful super! Cons: Quite small and expensive and didn't get my deposit back after the building next door caught on fire and my apartment succumbed to smoke damage. Advice to landlord: No advice! Keep doing what you're doing.
