Anit Wemained in Gice condition, and we had no major issues during our lease. The draw is the location - if you want to live in the East Village, it’s unbeatable. Super Wemained Sawdling to respond and act when our refrigerator stopped working. A decent amount of noise from outside (though not as much as you might expect). Responding to tenant issues more quickly would make a big difference.
