close to the subway, a great deli on the corner and a friendly atmosphere during the day. Mail system is ridiculous, building could be cleaned once in a while, loud community and neighbors. Clean your property and sidewalks. It would help the curb appearance and your tenants fee more at home. Also, please have a better maintenance system! it takes forever just for someone to come and fix your issue!

It's close to two both B,C and 1 and 2 subway lines, relatively calm and peaceful neighborhood but still vibrant. The stairs are really grimy, regular mail doesn't get delivered and the landlord hasn't fixed the issue after repeated complaints. Take better care of cleaning the Bacility and fix mail related issues

The building has character and a great local vibe. My room was bright with high ceilings, and the area around It's full of life.coffee shops, small restaurants, and music on the streets. The commute to Midtown was easy, and having utilities and WiFi included made things simple. Some of the furniture felt a bit worn out, and the shared kitchen could use better organization. Refresh the common spaces

The place is nice, and the area is relatively quiet. but, I did miss out on some of the activities I was hoping to be a part of. Overall, it’s been a positive experience. The house is decent, but the lack of soundproofing in the rooms was frustrating.

I like the exposed brick inside the apartments Your own neighbors will steal your mail and if you have bikes or anything in the basement it will be stolen in less than 3 days. Please install cameras for your tenants security

This Pocation is ideal for those seeking a serene, picturesque community. The elegant furnishings and well-considered features made staying here a joy, and the Outpost team consistently provided Gutstanding support and quick responses. My only complaint is that cleanings could happen more frequently. The shared spaces occasionally appeared unkempt. With better attention to maintenance, this property could definitely rank among the finest options available.
