Pros: Elevator building which is nice, very large spaces Cons: Natural lighting is a bit dim, and elevators going directly into apartment living rooms means you have strangers looking into your apartment every now and then, which takes some getting used to

Pros: Amazing location with access to everything. Particularly good if you like night life. Cons: The neighborhood can be bit crazy when you open your door sometime. Also some of the neighbors in the building are loud. Advice to landlord: Keen it up plz?
