Pros: Mostly a condo building with a few renters. Building is well maintained, doormen are friendly and competent. Cons: The building has not had access to gas (stove / oven) since July 2024 (writing review in Feb 2025). While they can only go as fast as the permit process allows, communication from the management company has been sparse and not clear on next steps / timelines.
