Pros: Wonderful super, neighbors, management, location.. a safe and clean building. I heard so many horror stories while looking for my first NYC apartment, but none of this was true for me at 200 Allen. Cons: The radiators are too hot and come on automatically. You can’t turn them down only off. Not being in control of the temperature can be uncomfortable Advice to landlord: Thanks for a great year.
