Pros: Location, amenities, staff and maintenance. Everyone is incredibly nice and responsive. Building is clean and well maintained. Cons: There are many renovations happening in units which is causing a lot of noise and a lot of dust, to the point where we needed to get a purifier for the air quality. Also the AC / heating cannot operate at the same time, the building switches from AC to heating and vice versa once a year. So if you have hot days in the spring you can’t turn on the AC or heating in the beginning of fall.

Pros: Doorman and mailroom Cons: Awful management, bugs in the building everywhere, elevators never work. No kid room, no kids allowed to pool most of the time, they are just mean to families. Advice to landlord: Do your job!
