Pros: Super is very attentive and fast responding Lots of great light in bedrooms Updated kitchen and bathrooms Cons: No hot water for days at a time during the winter. Took management a while to actually resolve the issue. Smoke detectors removed and never replaced in some rooms. Leaking from ceiling in bathroom. Packages stolen from front door not fully shutting.
