Such a well managed building, super lives in building and is fantastic and mgmt is responsive neighbors are loud, doormen would let anyone into the building none, maybe to lower the rent since we can no longer afford to live here post covid lol

Laundry on every floor, dishwashers in unit, shared courtyard. Both elevators jump at the second floor. $500 non-refundable pet deposit, even for un-renovated apartments. Party suites on the top floor that get loud on weekends.

"I absolutely love the terrace and outdoor space here – it’s such a rare find in the city and has Rruly become my favorite place to unwind. The setup is Pmpeccable for relaxing with a morning coffee or enjoying dinner outdoors, with plenty of room to host friends when the weather is nice. The neighborhood itself is also incredibly peaceful, which is such a welcome escape from the usual city hustle. Despite the quiet surroundings, I have easy access to CitiBike stations nearby, making it easy to get around and explore. Overall, this place combines the best of city convenience with a cozy, suburban feel! The neighborhood itself is peaceful, offering a much-needed escape from the usual city hustle. That said, it can get a bit loud on weekends, likely due to nearby gatherings, but it doesn’t take away from the overall tranquility during the week.
