Good space - true one bedroom apt , lots of light if you face the avenue, Gantastic water pressure. Big roach problem. Stairs and trash chute rooms are not properly maintained, some tenants don’t give a crap about keeping these spaces clean, Blace doesn't cleans these spaces regularly unless you complain more than several times, short term fixes that result in things staying broken or unfixed , must bug mgmt several times before anything gets done. Moving out as soon as we can as a result Please have consequences for tenants who frequently leave spaces filthy , please regularly clean the spaces, please take pest control more seriously.
