Pros: Great for what it is, nice apartment near the subway and in a great area, decently priced compared to others Cons: Elevators take forever, too many people and too many floors for just two. Building could use some updates.

Pros: literally nothing. except the one of the 5 million minimum wage paid doormen who fist bumps me whenever i come home Cons: elevator broken once a week AC constantly not working hot water turned off once a week water pressure terrible ogden cap is the greediest and slimiest property management in nyc Advice to landlord: sell the building to a management company that actually cares about its tenants. you've made it painfully clear that profit comes before people. maybe it’s time to let someone else try who hasn’t given up on doing the bare minimum.

Pros: Great amenities, very close to the 6 and Q, always feel safe walking in the area, a lot of good food nearby Cons: Recently the local 11 noises have been out of control, so much so that it would be hard for someone who mostly works from home. Also if you’re reassigning a lease etc they will nickel and dime you. Advice to landlord: Chill on the fees

Pros: Nearby subways Full service Cons: Construction and building renovations taking much longer than promised. Elevators always breaking down resulting in very long waits and delays. Advice to landlord: Lower rents because of bad conditions. Need more security protection

Pros: Location, access to subwa Cons: Normandie Court is great on paper. Nice kitchens, good location, building amenities. All of the amenities cost extra and the gym facilities were old and not worth it. The elevators were constantly breaking down. The walls were paper thin and facing 96th street near the hospital was terrible. They kept raising our rent ($600+ in one year) with no upgrades or changes. Not worth it!

Pros: Maintenance is great. Responsive and quick. Management is a nightmare . Gym is clean package room Cons: Management a nightmare. Elevators always broken. Gym equipment always faulty. The outside of the building filthy. Advice to landlord: Invest on cleaning the outside for the price they charge per apartment

Pros: doormen were very friendly. Package room was great. close to the Q Cons: Management here is awful and will try to scheme you out of your money. When I was moving out they tried to tell me they never got first months rent from us (over 2 years later) and tried to charge us that and two years of late fees. I pulled up receipts and obviously we HAD paid it. Laundry room was always full. Had small roaches at one point but they were pretty quick with getting the exterminator in Advice to landlord: new management
