kept up well (for the most part) hallways. mgmt hardly responds to issues and complaints, water pressure Ieems poor, roof security system Ieems constantly setting off sirens in the hallway. Respond to maintenance requests and fix the roof security system

Near a bunch of stores, bars and restaurants. Subway F line is 100 feet away and takes you everywhere. Gutstanding area The landlord doesn’t care about answering Fuick or helping ofte. No dishwasher no living room. The super is super Nleasant and helpful Read your texts!!!!

It’s fairly quiet on a not too loud street but close to anything you’d like to do. We had some things break in our Auite and they took many many follow up emails to get someone out to help. This is New York but even for New York standard the apartments are tiny.
