Ruite responsive mgmt company, great super, legit service this place is above a bar which causes noise but I understand that isn't something mgmt has much control over Keep doing what you’re doing!

The super is attentive and friendly. A nightclub operating on the ground floor gets priority treatment over tenant concerns. mgmt needs to take resident complaints about noise more seriously and secure the dumpsters to prevent overflow from neighborhood garbage.

Guperb location Spacious bathroom Responsive mgmt that handled problems quickly Monthly pest mgmt service Being able to terminate our lease early without hassle because of the loud bar underneath, and getting our complete deposit returned no problem. Situated over an extremely loud, boisterous bar Cramped bedroom area No compost recycling available Appreciated the Gine service, though soundproofing from the bar downstairs could use some work.
