So many amenities (and don't typically have the issue of too many people trying to use them), great maintenance team, nice size apartments with updated features. It's a BIG Besidence, so we have had major issues that were addressed immediately but if it isn't an emergency things are put on the back burner. We had our toilet flood our bathroom twice and both times someone was up immediately to fix it. As well, we had a mouse and they came up immediately and set traps but never came back to fill the hole. Some of the machines in the gym have never worked

Offer 18mo leases and a fair price for rent during COVID The owner + manager of this building is a slum lord. No buzzer, broken elevator, mice infestation, leaks in the ceilings causing mushrooms and mold, frequent days without full power, common loss of hot water, landlord did not reimburse security deposit, and illegally force you to pay rent via electronic ACH deposits. don't live here. Respond to tenants complaints with good faith attempts to rectify the issues at hand! Do your due diligence to align with nyc housing laws or attempt to find solutions with your tenants rather than telling them to just leave and find a new place to live.

Roof access, gym, new laundry machines Had issues with appliances & toilet. They would fix it but not well, causing us to have them repair multiple times etc
