Pros: downtown close to everything , tenants illegally sublet their apartments out to foreigners who don't k ow any better because they have no US credit Cons: on the border to sketch town. backyard is loud due to bar/resto downstairs on weekend plus surrounding buildings of loud neighbors who throw massive parties in the summer and on halloween (expect to hear lykke li's 'i follow rivers' on repeat until 3 am) Advice to landlord: take noise complaints seriously, watch out for nympho neighbors. take care of the mold in the bathroomsz
