Unit 10g Pros: Never had any issues with pests (roaches, rodents at all); doormen are very nice and attentive Cons: Gym is open 24/7, but laundry shuts down after 11

Pros: The building has nice amenities, everything is well kept and our apartment was very clean upon move in. The building staff are very friendly and helpful. Cons: There are no cons. I've loved living here.
