Pros: The building was conveniently located within Fordham University so it made it very easy to commute to class. It was also very close to a lot of grocery stores as well as transit options. Cons: Management did a poor job of maintenance. Residents often went without water at least once a month because they were constantly fixing the water tank

Pros: Safe, good location, quick maintenance responses. Cons: Security is a little intense because it's a school but nothing surprising. Elevators are sometimes slow and heating only turns on when it's colder than 50 degrees outside.
