Pros: absolute luxury, doormen are super nice, package care and maintenance is so easy it’s like living at a hotel Cons: no laundry in unit and there’s been a couple fires

Pros: It’s clean, management is responsive, package room is great and staff are helpful. Cons: It is expensive, this is a luxury building and it’s filled with the people you’d expect for the neighborhood/building.

Pros: - doormen and other staff are very friendly and eager to help - the lobby is massive and very nice, and there js a driveway at the entryway Cons: - management took actual YEARS to return security deposit, after repeated emails, reminders, and promises that it was on the way

Pros: Lobby, roof, views from apt, nice staff, good programming Cons: Had the exterminator coming weekly and there were still roaches getting into the apartment. Very loud noise/drilling. Had to pay for amenities monthly

Pros: Building is well-maintained, maintenance is very responsive and addresses any issues quickly, and the package room is organized. Cons: Management can be a bit uptight about moving in and out, and they wouldn't help us or even let us dispose large furniture which feels very stringent for the price of apartments.
