Unit Apt 11 Pros: The rent is great as is the location and the neighbors are really sweet. Spacious living room and three decent sized bedrooms. Cons: Landlord and super once left us without power for 20 hours. We called every number they gave us and they didn't answer, even to let us know the power was back on, or apologize. It also took them two weeks to replace my fridge, so I couldn't cook that entire time. They are absolutely useless in an emergency, and cagey at best when it comes to tracking them down. Management doesn't even have a website. Advice to landlord: Respond to your tenants when there is an emergency.
