The rental price is reasonable, and the super is honestly great. My neighbors have been friendly and welcoming. The building has a gym and laundry facility on-site. The main issues are packages disappearing regularly, and there's constantly garbage piled up outside. If your unit faces the front, you'll often see trash right at your window level. The pest control service isn't reliable. The water pressure could definitely be stronger. Maintenance could use some improvement

The rental price is reasonable, and the super is quite friendly. The neighbors are generally pleasant. The building has an on-site gym and laundry facility. but, packages disappear regularly, and garbage tends to accumulate out front. If your unit faces the street, you'll often see refuse piled up outside your window. Pest control services aren't reliable. The water pressure runs low. Would benefit from improved upkeep
