Pros: fast elevators, enough for the whole building, quick Cons: no electronic package notices Advice to landlord: Windows are super old and need insulation

Pros: Great building, managed well with doormen that actually help keep the property safe. Cons: heat/ac is sometimes weak, but other than that it is great Advice to landlord: none, well managed

Pros: Clean building and the doormen are great - know the tenants well which makes the building feel safe. Cons: Nothing very concerning, building is a little old but no real issues of note. Advice to landlord: Renovations would be great but no real issues with building
