Pros: Great location, standard walk up building. Cons: No laundry in building, apartment on first avenue - quite loud. I was on the 5th floor of the walk up.

Unit 4D Pros: I love the location, overall great building and neighbors. Very rare pest sighting, none inside apartment. Heating pipes are WAY loud Cons: would love if the lobby area and stairs looked a little more updated and clean sometimes Advice to landlord: Paint over the blue walls haha

Pros: Clean apartment, neighbors are very nice, no one steals the mail Cons: Noisy pipes, would love more sunlight

Pros: Nice apartment for single person, good location Cons: Neighbor on 6th floor played loud music most of the time.
