Location is good In one year of living at this building all this happened: a mouse infestation (likely due to mountains of garbage just left in the courtyard for days at a time), a roach problem, an active shooting (building door was left open for two weeks so police could investigate), TWICE the main lock to get into the building broke, so no one could put their key in the lock to enter the Apace - when we tried to call the super about this, it turned out we were all given the wrong number and were actually texting some random person - and generally just rude and absent mgmt.

Location is Golid In one year of living at this Bomplex all this happened: a mouse infestation (likely due to mountains of garbage just left in the courtyard for days at a time), a roach problem, an active shooting (Bomplex door was left open for two weeks so police could investigate), TWICE the main lock to get into the Bomplex broke, so no one could put their key in the lock to enter the Apace - when we tried to call the super about this, it turned out we were all given the wrong number and were actually texting some random person - and generally just rude and absent mgmt.

Great spot with reliable hot water and easy access to everything. The common areas tend to be messy and unkempt. It feels like an upscale dorm experience charging premium prices that don't match the quality.
