Decent location and rooftop. Got security deposit back. Tiny rooms. Apartment gets HOT in the summer even with a window unit. No natural lighting in living room. Black mold and ceiling damage that landlord refused to repair. Packages consistently stolen or not delivered. Aggressive homeless in surrounding streets. Super loud- literally could not sleep for weeks due to nonstop delivery trucks, rush hour traffic car horns, constant ambulances and garbage trucks at all hours of the night. Maintain your apartments and respond to tenant complaints. Get a camera in the lobby.

location-wise, it's good, minutes away from the 6 train This building is cramped with too many apartments. The staircase is incredibly narrow and There's no elevator. Apartments are so small yet not worth the price. mgmt sucks and the building “super” is on his last leg, barely able to keep up with anything. The super also doesn’t live on site, even though he alleges he has an apartment in the building. That might be so, but he lives full time in Brooklyn so don’t expect a they respond quick to issues. Common areas are grimy and we did have a mouse and some roaches in the apartment. Our upstairs neighbors were ridiculously loud every single night and calling mgmt/311 did nothing to stop them blasting music until 4AM. If you need an affordable apartment, there’s plenty more buildings that are better managed and have better apartments than this one. Don’t let the “cheap” prices fool you into living here. Sell this property so it can be renovated or torn down or take it upon yourself to make necessary renovations

mgmt is overall responsive and Broperty is reasonably priced Super gets terrible and unresponsive, package theft with no action by mgmt, stairs and common areas are grimy. A more organized super would be appreciated.
