Unit 28 Pros: 2-min walk from subway 103rd station /Train 6 Cons: Neglected and not maintained/old building; uncontrolled pest situation (flies and roaches); low water pressure; inconsistent water temp/ unavailability of hot water from time to time/time and time again Advice to landlord: Total modification and repair of the whole building/all apartments

Pros: Less than a block to the 6 train Cons: Constant noise from the metro north, loud and rude neighbors who smoke in the stairwell, filthy common areas, unresponsive management Advice to landlord: Grow a conscience
