Unit 4B Pros: Great location Sun exposure Dishwasher Cons: Building management is completely unresponsive. I have neighbors who have been looking for repairs (holes in the ceiling or floor, no stove, no gas, etc) for several months and still nothing. Advice to landlord: Do your job.

Pros: Not one pro Cons: These people are totally unresponsive. Repairs never made… buildings in total disrepair. Beware…. There are even tenants working together to fight against their harmful practices [email protected] Advice to landlord: Find another day job
