Pros: Some of the neighbors are hardworking and respectful people Cons: Management is non existent when it comes to the upkeep of the building. The building is never cleaned or serviced properly. Turnover is so often, you never know who to contact regarding service issues or general information. Lack of professionalism, work ethic and communication. Advice to landlord: Get a management team who cares about the wellbeing of their tenants and the environment they reside in.
